It’s that time of year. Time to go on April Fool’s Watch. This is probably the worst day of the year for gaming news, because sometimes things will actually get announced and you won’t know whether or not it’s true. Then there are these retarded jokes with intentions to mislead people. We’re here to lead you in the correct path.
Take these first two that have made their way into my inbox. PS3Inside is claiming that Final Fantasy Versus XIII is going to Xbox 360. Nice joke. They’re pulling it off wrong, though, using an edited age-old scan from what feels like a century ago. Hit their link to see the edited scan, then this one to see the original.
Then there’s Kotaku Australia, whom are claiming to have had an interview with Nomura where he reveals that Noctis Lucis Caelum – the main character of Versus XIII – is homosexual. That article has since been removed but was already picked up by FinalFantasy-XIII.net. Just as the first Versus XIII story, that’s an April Fool’s Joke, as well. A poorly maneuvered one, too. That’s just wrong.
We’ll keep you up to date on all of April 1st’s terrible/actually funny jokes as they come in.

The thing with these jokes is some people will not remember that it was a joke, and bring it up in months to come, “i thought this was going to be on 360″ etc.
I havent been April Fooled yet, but I know something is waiting for me at work this morning.
