PlayStation Network down for maintenance today

The PlayStation Network will be down today from 11:00 AM EST to 12:30 PM EST (or 1600 GMT to 1730 GMT). That’s an hour and a half of downtime so the guys at the PlayStation Network team can perform some maintenance.

Just for an idea of what you’ll be missing during that hour and a half: “During this time you will not be able to sign in to all PSN services. This includes PlayStation Store, Account Management on all PS products (PS3, PSP, Media Go) as well as our forums, blogs and other websites.”

Don’t worry. It’s not that long.
