Darksiders came out, sold well, but wants more sales. That’s natural. So to try and persuade gamers to buy their game, THQ is releasing a 90-minute long demo on the PlayStation Network and Xbox LIVE Marketplace later this month.

On February 25, gamers will be able to test out the Twilight Cathedral, aka the complete first level of the retail game’s campaign mode. That first level also comes packed with two boss fights.

“We are really pumped to be bringing a playable demo for Darksiders to Xbox 360 and PlayStation3,” said David Adams, General Manager of Vigil Games. “We really wanted to give gamers a true idea of the variety of gameplay that the game offers and so rather than just making a standard 20-minute demo version of the first few levels, we decided to give away this massive level and reveal the true essence of the game.”
