2K Games has announced the first pack of downloadable content coming to BioShock 2 today. Titled the Sinclair Solutions Test Pack, the new downloadable add-on brings new customization features to the game’s multiplayer mode.
The pack will include a rank increase to level fifty with rank rewards, two new playable characters for the online multiplayer, twenty new trials, a third weapon upgrade for each weapon, and five additional masks. However, 2K does note that some of these new additions, such as the twenty new trials and new masks, are only available if the player hits rank 41 or higher.
The add-on will hit the Xbox LIVE Marketplace and PlayStation Network this March for $4.99 or 400 Microsoft Points. 2K adds that downloadable add-ons to enhance the player’s single-player experience are to come in the future.
