Japanese Final Fantasy XIII box art also revealed
Those who didn’t take liking to yesterday’s reveal of the North American and European box arts for Final Fantasy XIII may take greater liking to the box art for Japan, which continues the series’ tradition in the land of the rising sun.
It’s pretty simple. A logo and a white background. The back reveals the PlayStation 3 version will only require 500kb to save the game, which is really great considering there are so many games with mandatory installations. There’s a box there for the PlayStation 3 bundle as well, which, for some reason shows us box art similar to that of the west in it’s Final Fantasy XIII case.

Just as bland as the US and UK box art. Normally all for minimalism but this artwork is just a little simplistic and bland for me.
I actually like the US box art. Don’t ask me why, but I enjoy its simplicity. Although, something like this would’ve suited me much better:
