Namco Bandai trademarks new Ridge Racer title

The Ridge Racer series may be accelerating once again, as publisher Namco Bandai has trademarked a new title in the series, known as Ridge Racer Accelerated. As of this posting, the most recently released Ridge Racer title was Ridge Racer 7 back in 2006 for PlayStation 3.

Namco Bandai also has an RPG countdown with four days remaining. Looks as if they have a lot of things up their sleeves.
