Microsoft Game Studios has put out a new job listing lately looking for an experienced lead producer who will workr well with Epic Games and “lead the publishing side of games made by Epic,” in order to “drive the success of Gears of War and Shadow Complex.”

The listing reveals that the Epic and Microsoft partnership is here to stay, as the job listing is “looking for the best and brightest to help us continue to drive the success of the MGS and Epic partnership.”

Of course, now is where the speculation begins that Microsoft and Epic Games are hard at work on the next Gears of War game. Whatever it is though, they have to be working on something.
