Even Digimon inhabit the 3D Dot Game Heroes world
From Software’s just released (in Japan) 3D Dot Game Heroes does an amazing thing. Besides bring retro back to the current generation, the game gives players full customization of what character they play as; this is done with the custom character creator. That means you can finally play as anybody you want to in a video game. It’s fully flexible, as long as their pixelated 3D.
We’ve seen Cloud, Evangelion, amongst others. Now, there’s more. I’m not sure when I’ll stop doing this, because every time I see a new character, I get too damn excited for the game; so just enjoy the upcoming flood custom characters as I post them.
