PSN-Thursdays_Digger-HD

There’s a lot of new content on the PlayStation Store this week. While over 100 new PSP titles were released in celebration of the PSPgo launch, we’ll be looking into the PlayStation 3 side (for PSPgo titles, see PS.Blog). The latest issue of Qore is out, providing a look at Borderlands and more; demos for Brutal Legend and Need for Speed SHIFT are now available for download, both Digger HD and UNO are released as downloadable games, and a few new PSone Classics have been released include Gex 3. Then you have your music content, new Fallout 3 and LittleBigPlanet downloadable content, and that completes your update.

Ashamed to see there’s still no new avatars, though.

Read on for the complete update.

I hope weekly updates look more like this more often. With the PSPgo being all digital I”m hoping that Sony pushes themselves into bringing more and better content to the PSN Store now that they have a device that will can only thrive if the content is fresh on a consistent basis. This could be a turning point for Sony in getting a more robust online presence.
