Jak & Daxter have been in the shadows lately, hopefully preparing for their debut on PlayStation 3, we’re not sure. Naughty Dog’s Arne Meyer hinted at their return recently in an interview with EuroGamer TV.

“Well we would like to be able to work on it”, Meyer told EuroGamer.

“We definitely hear a lot from our Jak and even Crash fans from a long time ago, um, and we really hear those things and you know we’d love to be able to be working on a new Jak for them at some point so, that might be in the cards but right now we’re really sort of focused on working through [the Uncharted franchise].”

I, for one, would love to see Jak and his buddy Daxter make their way to the current generation. Who knows? It may be sooner than we think.
