What do YOU want to see at TGS 2009?
The question is simple. The Tokyo Game Show starts on Thursday, September 24th. There’s going to be a lot of shit going down at the show. That means Final Fantasy XIII, Bayonetta, new games from Microsoft and Sony, and a whole lot more.

At TGS i’d love to see Sony’s 2 unannounced titles, more game footage of games like uncharted 2, borderlands, Alpha protocol, Modern warfare 2, Assassin creed 2.

The last TGS was disappointing at best. Maybe ’cause I had overhyped it a bit much. What I’m hoping to see this week (not holding my breath):
- Gameplay for Sony’s The Last Guardian
- Something nobody saw coming, like a huge new JRPG for PS3
- New trailer/footage for Final Fantasy Versus XIII
- North American release date for Tales of Vesperia (PS3)
And that’s about it. Not getting my hopes up for anything else. I’d like to be surprised.

I would love to see Zone of the Enders making its way onto this generation of consoles. More information about The Last Guardian would be appreciated greatly. Heck, if they would show some more information about Final Fantasy Versus XIII that would make my day. Also, anything that is original like Scribblenauts would be a great treat.

I can’t wait to see what the 2 unannounced Sony exclusives will be. I also can’t wait to hear more on sega’s Yakuza 4 as were announced to get Yakuza 3 in the west. Lolz and let’s not forget about Kingdom Hearts 3!!

The Last Guardian! Mistwalker to announce an RPG. Kojima to show in-game trailer of MGS: Rising, Castlevania, and announce one or more of the other games he’s making (hopefully a Snatcher/Policenauts or ZOE sequel!) Platinum Games to unveil Shinji Mikami’s game. Namco-Bandai to show in-game footage of Enslaved and Majin: The Fallen Realm. Level-5 to show White Knight 2. In-game of FF Versus 13. Capcom to announce a sequel to Strider/Onimusha/Powerstone. Tecmo with Quantum. Bayonetta!

Of course, we al wanna see something new from The Last Guardian and the final release for Gran Turismo.

Im interested in the entire show really, and pretty much everything which has been annoucned I am looking forward to. however, as for things haven’t been announced, here would be my “dream” list:
- Footage of FF Vs XIII
- Kingdom Hearts 3
- Footage of Metal Gear Rising or Peacewalker
- Mistwalker to announce either Lost Odyseey 2 or a new IP
- Footage from that Silent Hill 1 “remake” they were talking about a while ago (Shattered Memories?)
- Valkyrie Profile 3 (probably not gonna happen :( )
As for things which are definately going to be there, I am very hyped for Final Fantasy XIII, Resonance of Fate, and Valkyria Chronicles 2 footage’s, plus anything new from any top developers!
That Versus XIII gameplay is out of the question, apparently. =\ Nomura said no Versus or Agito XIII. =’[
What I’d really like is a Persona 5 announcement and a release date for Tales of Vesperia PS3 stateside. I’ve already beat the Xbox 360 version, so I MUST play the PS3 version.
i think there isn’t any hope to know something about ace combat 7, so i won’t see nothing….
I think this TGS will be really great but i hope to see many things there like:
-Metal Gear Solid Rising (Even if Mr.Kojima said that we will not see more of it before E3 2010 but i still hope)
-Footage for Final Fantasy XIII, XIII Versus and XIV
-Footage for the new Castlevania
-Something about the Saga Kingdom Hearts too
- And finally lot of footage for DC Universe Online

Hopefully Sony will announce some exclusive content for FFXIII that 360 owners won’t get or at least won’t get right away. The fact that the game is still only slated for the PS3 in Japan shows that SquEnix is only partially committed to the 360 version.
And like everyone else I’m looking for footage of The Last Guardian. At one point I was interested in White Knight Story but that was before they changed the art style.
I doubt we’ll see the motion controller but if they do decide to show it I just hope they have a new non-vibrator-looking controller design. The glowing ball at the end is just not appealing and is more prone to sex jokes than the Wii.
