Rockstar’s working on a PlayStation 3 exclusive known as Agent. As you know, Rockstar’s already released Grand Theft Auto IV on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, bringing multiplayer online to a series that never had such a feature. With so much emphasis on the online world these days, we’re bound to see multiplayer in even the most story-driven games.

Agent seems to be following that track. Dave Bruce, a multiplayer scripter at Rockstar North, has a listing on his LinkedIn page saying that he’s been working at North as a multiplayer designer since July 2009 to present. We already know he’s working on Agent, so there’s a high chance that multiplayer will be an option when the game releases who knows when.
