Nier is an Xbox 360 exclusive in Japan?

This week’s Famitsu contains an ad of the upcoming PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 game, Nier. However, that’s how we know the game as it’s to be in North America. In Japan, it seems the game is getting two versions &emdash; Pokemon Red and Pokemon Blue.

At least that’s what we’re assuming. The page in Famitsu advertised Nier Gestalt and Nier RepliCant. It’s only been revealed the Nier Gestalt is to be released on Xbox 360, but no details were given on Nier RepliCant.

Those in North America, do not fret. Square Enix has said hat the advertisements in Famitsu “do not affect the North American version” meaning the game will remain one on both platforms.
