Enterbrain boss: Final Fantasy XIII to move 500k PS3s in Japan

Uncharted 2, that’s a bit of a high you got there

Enterbrain head honcho Hamamura Hirokazu has told Bloomberg that he expects Final Fantasy XIII to move over 500,000 PlayStation 3 consoles come the game’s December launch date in Japan. For those unsure, Enterbrain is the company that publishes Famitsu weekly.

Hirokazu has said that the recent PlayStation 3 price-drop to $299 will also aide the console in its sales jump.

I wouldn’t be surprised if this moved a million PlayStation 3s the day it releases. I mean, this IS Final Fantasy we’re talking about.
