3D Coming to PS3 next year, works with all games

3D gaming is coming to PlayStation 3 next year; 2010 for those who don’t know. The new feature will come in a PlayStation 3 firmware update providing a 3D gaming experience for “all” games on the PlayStation 3 upcoming and released.
A video of Engadget editor Paul Miller playing this 3D PlayStation 3 experience can be seen here. It’s really useless when you think about it. You can’t really experience the 3D through the video, but it may hype you up a bit… just a bit.

When I used the 3D goggles that came with Metal gear ACID 2 for PSP, the experience made me feel really dizzy afterwards.
However, this is very interesting, specially since they are claiming this works for “all” games. If it works and doesn’t give you screwy eyes, I’m definately up for trying it out with multiple titles, though I am still a bit sceptical at this point!
If Sony can make these new 3D TVs inexpensive this could be a huge differentiator for Sony as I imagine that the Blu-ray space will play a part in the 3D technology.
