Sony planning PS3 box art change after slim announcement?

It seems Sony may be planning to launch a new box art design for PlayStation 3 games after the announcement of the PS3 Slim that’s supposed to happen tomorrow.

As you can see, the area that was once the Spider-Man font has been completely removed. The top of the box shows a PlayStation logo on the left and PlayStation Network symbol on the right. The box certainly does look much cleaner. However, no “Only on PlayStation” sign is to be found even though EyePet is a PlayStation 3 exclusive.

An anonymous tipster sent this into DotDosh. Do you think it’s real?
