Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 is less than two months from release and Team Ninja has even more to reveal on the upcoming PlayStation 3 remake.

A new Chapter Challenge Mode will be present in the game, becoming available after you complete the game’s Story Mode. This allows you to go back to previous chapters and replay it to gain the highest Karma score, putting you up there on the leaderboards with the highest rank being “Master Ninja” and the lowest “Ninja Dog”. You’ll even be able to watch your gameplay over in the Ninja Cinema, also allowing you to share your videos online and download videos of other players.

Ninja Records is also a new feature to the game. This allows you to keep up with how good or bad you’re doing. This gives you stats such as the amount of enemies killed, numbers of Izuna drops, max combos, rescues, etc.

Additionally, those who reserve the game at GameStop will get that awesome costume captured above. Check out some new screens at the gallery.

Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 looks incredable with all of it’s new features.
People are still dissapointed with the tone down of blood.

To Me, the extra characters, the CO-OP mode,
new weapons and bosses are enough to get over blood tone down.

A CO-OP Ninja Gaiden game, now that is cool.
The new head of Team NINJA seems to know what the fans want.
