Starting off GamesCom 2009 early, Crytek is demonstrating their CryEngine 3, to be used with the upcoming Crysis 2, on both the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, side-by-side. The videos focus heavily on the lighting, textures, and everything else you’ll find necessary for a game engine to be great at. CryEngine 3 does it all, and does it smoothly on both consoles.
