As expected, it looks like a lobby. Good thing, too. We wouldn’t want it to look like something else or else navigating through the multiplayer would be a little out of the ordinary. It looks like it’s being played on the Xbox 360 here.

The shot comes from Robert Bowling, better known on the net as FourZeroTwo and Infinity Ward’s community manager. This one’s straight from the GameCrazy show going down in Vegas, assumingly for GameCrazy managers and such.
