Microsoft has released their game creating application Kodu on the Xbox LIVE Marketplace today under the Xbox LIVE Community Games section. For only 400 Microsoft Points ($5), you’ll be able to create many different varieties of games to play.

Kodu features over 200 different game-creation building blocks for creating the the world builder, single and multiplayer modes, and more.
