Electronic Arts and DICE have released their latest in Battlefield games today. Battlefield: 1943 is now available for download for only 1200 Microsoft Points on the Xbox LIVE Arcade and will hit the PlayStation Network tomorrow for $9.99.

Battlefield: 1943 is an online multiplayer recreation of Battlefield: 1942. The game promises epic large-scale battles in a first-class World War II action style. A demo is available on the Xbox LIVE Marketplace as well and will be available tomorrow when the PlayStation Network version releases, too.
