ZEN Studios has announced via the PlayStation.Blog today that after a long time coming, PlayStation 3 gamers will finally be able to get their hands on The Punisher: No Mercy this summer.

On July 2, 2009, which is a little over a week from now, The Punisher: No Mercy will go live from the PlayStation Store for $9.99.

No Mercy is described as an “action packed first person shooter” allowing yo to fight with a mix of allies and villains from the Punisher series in online multiplayer matches. A series of solo and team-based missions can also be done with up to eight friends. In addition to this, a single-player story mode is also in the game which will allow you to unlock new additional content.
