EA Lists Left 4 Dead 2 for PS3 with placeholder art (Update: removed)
Update: EA has removed the listing. We’re still waiting on a response from them.
Original Story: Over at the Left 4 Dead 2 page on the official Electronic Arts website, the game has been listed for a Fall 2009 release on Xbox 360, PC and PlayStation 3. The game’s originally been announced as a console exclusive on Xbox 360 and PC.
At first, I thought it was a mix-up, however, on the upcoming PlayStation 3 games page on the site, Left 4 Dead 2 is also listed for the PlayStation 3 for Fall 2009 with a placeholder box, too.
Do I sniff a port from a company other than Valve? We’ve contacted EA for comment.

Well, since PS3 owners are getting both Lost Planet 2 and L4D 2, then there’s no reason for Ubisoft to not share their toys.
Reminds me of what happened with ToV, and we all know what happened with that.
