Microsoft has released the first screenshots and trailer of the upcoming 2D side-scroller in development at Epic Games and Char Entertainment for the Xbox LIVE Arcade. The game takes the best of Metroid and Castlevania and combines them in one. However, I think the game looks more like Contra on steroids. The game does sport a lot of 3D elements, as seen in the trailer and is looking to be an “epic” Xbox LIVE Arcade title.
