E3 ’09: Metal Gear Solid to Hit PSN on June 18, 2009

Continuing this year’s library of over 50 new PSone Classics to arrive on the PlayStation Store, Konami has announced that Metal Gear Solid is coming to the PSone Classics service. The release date’s not to far off either. You’ll be able to download Metal Gear Solid to your PlayStation 3 or PSP on June 18, 2009 for $9.99.

We expect it to arrive next door in Europe around the same time, however, nothing was officially announced.
