BigPark is developing a brand new Xbox LIVE Arcade game using those Avatars that appear to just stand around all day on your dashboard. JoyRide is a racer coming to Xbox LIVE free of charge that will allow you to race your Avatar against friends and other Xbox LIVE gamers.
