At Microsoft’s press conference today, they revealed that the Xbox 360 will be getting integrated with the Facebook and Twitter social networks as well as receive a live TV streamer known as Sky. For those that missed the Facebook and Twitter demos or simply want to watch it again, we got it up for you here.

Along with that, Microsoft has released some stills of the new dashboard additions. Check out the images of these services at the gallery. Read on for the clip.

facebook and twitter are two things i dont want on consoles.

I think a lot of people are going to disagree with you Eric. I think this is one of the smartest things MS could do right now. It shows that they’re on the cusp of everything that’s a major component of our lives.

I hope Sony has something to offer because MS really had probably THE best show so far.

What I also find interesting is that MS had today all to themselves while Nintendo and Sony have their conferences back to back.

I still love my PS3 but I think the winner of this console generation is Microsoft. And it’s getting harder to resist getting one. If only they could make it quieter, I’d buy one right now.

True. Kinda pointless to put them on consoles.
