Activision seems to have been diagonosed with Brutal Legend-withdrawl syndrome. When Activision and Blizzard merged, the company made the mistake of dropping Brutal Legend, meaning the game had to find a new publisher. They found that new publisher and they are Electronic Arts. Now as Activision realizes this is one of the year’s biggest games, they are suing Electronic Arts.

Activision claims that they still have a valid contract to release Brutal Legend and have invested roughly $15 million in the game. Neither EA or Activision have responded to phone and e-mail messages yet.

Brutal Legend is currently being shown off at E3, where it is being heavily advertised in a huge poster on the front of the LA Convention Center.
