The PlayStation 3′s getting a lot of rumors for this year’s E3. Look’s like Sony’s going to have a show. First a new Metal Gear Solid, then rumors of Square Enix’s next MMO on the PlayStation 3 as a console exclusive, and now this.

A supposedly “very credible source” has given word to Examiner that this upcoming Tuesday during Sony’s press conference at E3, SCEA and Epic Games will announce a new horror-based title exclusively for PlayStation 3. The game is to use the most recent version of the Unreal Engine 3, better refined than the engine seen in Gears of War 2.

This would make Epic’s second title on the PlayStation 3 next to Unreal Tournament III, however this will remain exclusive.
