GameInformer Hints at Two “Year Defining” Games

GameInformer writer Andy McNamara has updated his Twitter just a few moments ago saying that he’s seen two big games for this year. He describes them as “year defining”.

Andy tweets: “In the last 24 hours I have seen 2 year defining things: one you will see shortly on our cover the other I can’t speak of, both awesome.”

A friend of mine was recently asking me “What the hell does year defining mean?” It’s the game that stands out the whole year. When you think 2007 in gaming, you think BioShock. When you think 2008 in gaming, you think LittleBigPlanet or Fallout 3.
