Dead to Rights: Retribution‘s Grant City has a sparkly new coat of paint in the game’s upcoming PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 release. The “living breathing city” provides the game with a “neo-noir, heavy-going, bleak atmosphere” for what Namco is calling “this epic game.”

The shot of the city really do look superb. It seems the developers at Volatile were going for a dark, gritty city. From the looks of it, they’ve achieved that goal.
