PS3-exclusive Tales of Vesperia character referenced in Xbox 360 Version

The PlayStation 3 version of Tales of Vesperia is getting a new, exclusive character: a pirate girl named Patty Fleur. The Xbox 360 version of Tales of Vesperia does not include Patty, but it seems to hint a reference towards her existence.

In the screenshot above, the text reads the following.

“Inside the drawer, there’s a pirate outfit for girls. A name is written, but it’s hard to make out because of heavy wear.”

Could that have been Patty’s name on it? If so, then it seems Namco may have been planning a PlayStation 3 edition all along.
