Need for Speed SHIFT Roles In New Screens

Electronic Arts has released the first set of screens for their upcoming Need for Speed SHIFT, which is said to take the series more seriously than their recent slipup that was Undercover.

The game will feature realistic car handling and more new features that wouldn’t really remind you of Need for Speed. Check out the screens at the gallery.

    With games looking this good I’m trying to figure out how much better things can get.

    As for the “realistic” controls; I’m not sure about that. NFS has almost always been about arcade style driving and twitch controls. Everyone’s trying to be Gran Turismo and they normally fail.
