It actually released about 3:00am EST, but for those who aren’t already getting in on it, Grand Theft Auto IV: The Lost and Damned is now available for download on the Xbox LIVE Marketplace. You’ll play as Johnny, a veteran member of The Lost, a notorious biker gang. In his loyalty to The Lost president, Billy Grey, Johnny must face a dangerous biker war.

In celebration of this release, there are several new events and offers on Xbox LIVE. First off, you’ll get free access to multiplayer on Grand Theft Auto IV from today (Feb. 17) until February 22. Also within that time period, you can register to win a home theater system by playing a multiplayer session of Grand Theft Auto IV and downloading the gamerpic entry. Then you got your usual GamerchiX Ladies Night on February 18th and a Community Playdate with Achievement Hunter on February 19th.
