Syphon Filter PS3 Facial Mo-Cap Confirms Development
Following a rumor from earlier this month that Sony Bend is currently working on a new PlayStation 3 title, a motion capture studio has listed Syphon Filter 5 as one of its projects.
Over at the PCB Productions website, a facial motion capture for Syphon Filter 5 is listed under the PlayStation 3 console. Its client is listed as Sony Bend.

It would be nice to see this title push the PS3 boundaries like Uncharted and Killzone 2. This is a big franchise for Sony. They can’t afford it to be mediocre. They should also go back to basics with this rather than trying to take too many chances. People fell in love with this game because of the first few titles (1 – 3).
Although co-op would be nice (still can’t figure out why Killzone 2 doesn’t have co-op since you have someone and/or several people with you throughout most of the game (at least that what the reviewers are saying).
As for the mo-cap, Uncharted set the standard so they have to be as good or better in that department.
