Rumor: Syphon Filter in Development for PS3
Sony Computer Entertainment America-owned development studio, Bend Game Studio, has posted a job listing recently on Gamasutra looking for a Sr. Game Tools Programmer with “PS3 or XBOX360 experience required” and “at least 5 years experience in the game industry.” Considering that since 1999 all of their games were Syphon Filter titles, I think we can expect Syphon Filter to be announced for the PlayStation 3 sooner or later. If there was any reason for me to keep my PSP it’s the Dark Mirror game. Let’s hope they can create the magic of that game with some really pretty graphics. It’ll probably come out in 2010 which will be good since this year seems pretty packed with great games and it can join GT5 and FFXIII as the big titles for that year.
