Fumito Ueda to Give Panel at GDC ’09

Fumito Ueda, director and lead designer of the PS2 legendary titles, Ico and Shadow of the Colossus, has been confirmed to be present at the Game Developers Conference in San Francisco this year.

Ueda will be giving a 60-minute panel titled “Evolving Game Design: Today and Tomorrow, East and West Game Design”.

SCEA may be readying the next Team Ico game, so be prepared for an announcement. Another interesting appearance in the same panel is No More Heroes mastermind, Goichi Suda aka SUDA51.
