Star Ocean 4 Famitsu Scans Reveal Welch Vineyard

The latest issue of Famitsu gaming magazine revealed yet another new character for Star Ocean: The Last Hope for the Xbox 360. The new character is a female named Welch Vineyard. We don’t know much about her, due to our lack to understand Japanese, besides that her name is Welch Vineyard and she probably has a relation in the group (since she’s seen on the ship).
