Rumor: ChuChu Rocket! Coming to Xbox LIVE Arcade?

Sega have recently began re-registering some of their old trademarks from the Dreamcast era such as ChuChu Rocket!. However, the trademark for ChuChu Rocket! has not even expired yet, so why re-register the trademark? Could Sega be preparing a revival ChuChu Rocket! with online multiplayer for the Xbox LIVE Arcade?
