EA: No “Concrete Information” on Mass Effect 2 at GDC ’09

Electronic Arts has issued a statement saying that “there won’t be any concrete information provided on the Mass Effect franchise” at this year’s Game Developers Conference.

BioWare is giving an hour-long academic panel on the level design process in Mass Effect 2 during the Conference this year. However, it seems that we are getting no other information on the game besides that.

“Bioware has always stated that Mass Effect would be a trilogy,” a senior EA rep said. “This GDC event is an academic panel, but there won’t be any concrete information provided on the Mass Effect franchise other than what has been outlined on the GDC website.”
