Microsoft Sued Over Selling Faulty Xbox 360s
Nobody likes the red ring of death. Neither does a US woman who goes by the name of Reshelle Cable. She is suing Microsoft for the high failure rate of the Xbox 360.
The lawsuit states that “[The Xbox 360’s] rush to the market was detrimental to consumers because [it] suffered from numerous hardware defects”.
The lawsuit asks Microsoft to the profit they’ve made by selling the Xbox 360s to consumers and for Xbox 360 owners to be refunded their money.
My Elite Xbox 360 has yet to red-ring me, but hey who wouldn’t love some money?
