Sony Computer Entertainment have let this title slide during their E3 2008 conference yesterday, only showing it in a quick slide-by of previews. Now we have the official details on Darkstar’s upcoming game, Fat Princess.

Fat Princess puts two hordes of players against eachother in comic medieval battle. In order to win, you must rescue the Princess from the dungeon. Where the fun comes in is that you need your whole army working together to carry her across the battlefield, since your adversary has been stuffing her with food making her fat, so it will be a tough job.

There are five different character classes to switch between: the fearless Warrior, the steadfast Archer, the mystical Mage, the tireless Worker, and the deadly Priest. All players must cooperate with eachother in order to get their princess back to safety. Hit the jump for screens and the game’s key features. [GALLERY]

I’ll probably drop the $$$ for this one too. I like the concept and the graphics. I’m surprised this one wasn’t called PixelJunkFatPrincess. I guess Q-games was too busy with Eden to think of this one.
