OPM UK Rumors: APB to GTA, Uncharted Movie, Trophies, More
by [@salromano] at 12:52 PM EDT, June 7, 2008 .

The latest issue of the Official PlayStation Magazine has a rather large rumor section this month. The July issue brings up plenty of interesting rumors. Lets take a look.

• A game inspired by slasher films, in which you play as the serial killer, is currently in development.
• Infinity Ward, best known for Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, is considering making a brand new sci-fi title.
• Rockstar may buy developer Realtime Worlds and turn APB, its massively multiplayer crime game, into a new GTA edition. (we wondered why this was here considering APB is currently only for PC, 360)
• Capcom is adding more white enemies to Resident Evil 5.
• Uncharted is being made into a film by the same production team behind Three Kings and 12 Monkeys.
• Stop making malaria tablets, Afrirka will be releasing in August, but only in Japan.
• PlayStation 3 achievements called ‘trophies’ – will be unveiled soon, and 70% of games will already be compatible.

Theres the rumors. Our biggest hopes is that APB actually comes out for the PLAYSTATION 3. RealTime said they were considering it. Come on guys. Hit the link for the rest of the magazine including a few screens from 007: Quantum of Solace.

If you ask me Uncharted is already a terrific piece of work, and should be left alone.
