We will tell you the truth, we have no idea why this game intrigues us so much. Perhaps it is because  it has vampires? I mean, we heard the Xbox 360 version was so bad that people would literally whipe there asses with the disc, yet every sight of the upcoming Vampire Rain: Altered Species draws us in. The developer’s did say that with the new improvements, they want to bring a memorable experience to the PLAYSTATION 3, and they are utilizing the cell processor and such.

Anyway, Amazon says the release date is August 5, 2008, which is close to Japan’s August 2008 launch as well. They also have a boxart up, which you can view on the left. We are not sure if it is the official one, but it looks pretty damn good.
